(c) Note:

  • There will be no refund after registration.

  • Every accepted paper is required to have at least one author to register in full registration before November 7, 2014 November 12, 2014.

  • Full registrations include access to all Conference Proceedings, Conference sessions, Lunches, Coffee breaks, and Banquet .

  • Student registrations include access to Conference sessions, Lunches, Coffee breaks, Banquet.

  • Student is defined as full-time students. They do not apply to part-time students. A student identification card verifying your status is required when submit your registration form or full registration fee will be charged (ICS2014 Registration email to: yjchiang0320@gmail.com)

  • Payment for registration must be made in NTD or USD. The congress fee has to be fully paid in advance.

(d) Confirmation of Registration

  • All correspondence, including registration confirmation, will be sent via email. Registration cannot be confirmed until FULL PAYMENT is received. Upon receipt of you registration and payment, the Congress will send you a confirmation letter in around 3-4 working days. Please show this confirmation of registration at the congress counter while picking up your congress materials. And, the invoice will be obtained at the congress counter in 12/12~12/14, 2014.
